Everything about your child, organized in one place.
Advocacy AI is an AI personal assistant for parents of special needs kids. It lives in Muse, a free app from Meta. It remembers your child, keeps your school, therapy and medical papers and dates together, and helps you prepare, write and plan.
It never sends anything. You always press send.
Works on your phone or your computer.
An example. Tap the tabs to look around. Yours fills in with your child's real dates.
Sound familiar?
It's 3 in the morning and the papers are still on the table.
You are tired. You are worried you missed something. You want a better way, and there has to be one.
Where you are now
With your assistant
School emails, IEP and 504 meetings, evaluation dates, therapy visits, Medicaid and SSI applications. All in one dashboard, with the next date on top.
What's missing: Nobody hands you the whole picture. The school sends one letter. The doctor sends another. The therapist, the insurer and the state each keep their own files. No one puts it together, so that job lands on you. Your assistant takes it on.
What you get
Six tabs. Your child's whole life in your hands.
Your assistant builds this dashboard for you inside Muse. Open it from your phone or your computer.
Home
Today's deadlines, what's overdue, and your week at a glance.
School
Every email logged. IEP and 504 meetings prepped. Evaluation dates watched.
Health
Doctor and therapy visits (speech, OT, ABA), provider notes and prep sheets.
Daily Life
Behaviors and patterns logged as they happen, so you spot trends instead of guessing.
Money
Medicaid/CHIP and SSI applications tracked with their deadlines.
Family & Resources
Your free parent advocates (PTI), your playbooks, and updates you forward to your partner in one tap.
It remembers your child
Profile, plans and dates are saved. No more starting from zero at every meeting.
Both parents, same page
One shared picture of your child, so mom and dad never work from different information.
There at 3am
Open the chat at any hour. Your assistant already knows your child.
Never used AI?
Here is what it looks like.
You type, or just talk. Tell it what happened in your own words, like telling a friend.
What it does
- Files every paper and date
- Explains jargon in plain words
- Reminds you what is due
- Drafts emails for you to review
What it never does
- Diagnose or choose therapies
- Say what services your child needs
- Give medical or legal advice
- Contact anyone. You send everything.
What's in the store

Why we made this
Parents helping parents.
We're parents of a special needs child. We've lived 16 years of paperwork chaos, and we're finally getting it sorted with AI.
Our family is in the move from high school to college, and this is helping us. It can help you too, whether you're just starting Early Intervention or anywhere along the road.
We built it for our own family first. Now we're sharing it. That is the whole business.
Free human help exists
Every state has a Parent Training and Information Center, called a PTI. They are free, federally funded centers where trained parent advocates help families. We point you to them. We also give away free help of our own: the checklist, a free playbook every month, and free resource guides.
Our honest promise
- We are parents, not a tech company.
- This is organization and advocacy help. It is not medical or legal advice.
- Your child's information stays in your own Muse account. We never see it, store it or sell it. No account or password with us.
- What each product does, what it can't do, and that all sales are final, are stated before you buy.
- One-time means one-time. Prices don't sneak up.
- Real parents test every product on iPhone and Android before we sell it.
- No fake reviews, no fake discounts, no fake urgency, and no promises about your child's future.
